AI and DOIs

Due to the increasing concern of AI-generated fraudulent references, the Journal for Language Teaching will require that all manuscripts include DOIs in citations (where applicable). The APA 7 format starts with https://doi.org/... (not preceded by 'DOI').  If hyperlinked, it greatly simplifies the verification of the existence of these sources. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PS: Kindly use a DOI instead of a URL when one is available. A DOI provides a stable link, whereas a URL may not always be reliable.
