The Journal of Emerging African Scholarship is a MIT (Multi-, Inter-, Transdisciplinary), peer-reviewed and open access journal; publishing original scholarship written by undergraduate students. Living by its motto Africa In Focus, Global In Impact, it strives to promote African scholarship and pan-African cooperation in seeking to build Africa’s knowledge base from the ground up. Promoting excellence in Africa centric scholarship by undergraduate students paves the way forward for further establishing Africa as a hub of academic excellence both on the continent and globally.

JEAS is focused towards publishing research on Africa and welcomes submissions from undergraduate students both in Africa but also from around the world. JEAS is the first and only peer-reviewed undergraduate research journal founded in Africa. This Journal is hosted by the Stellenbosch University Library and Information Services and is based in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Stellenbosch University.

South African Journal of Pre-Hospital Emergency Care
The South African Journal of Pre-hospital Emergency Care (SAJPEC) is the official journal of the Emergency Care Society of South Africa. It is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to support and inform advances in the science and practice of pre-hospital emergency care with a focus on South Africa. SAJPEC publishes short reports, original research, reviews, case reports, concepts and correspondence relevant to South African pre-hospital emergency care (including inter-hospital transfer care).

SA Heart Journal
The Journal is the official publication of the South African Heart Association, the organisation representing the professional interests of all cardiologists and cardio-thoracic surgeons in the country. SA Heart Journal is listed by the Department of Education (DoE) as an Approved journal since January 2009. It is also one of an elite group of publications recognised by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) as a National Cardiovascular Journal.

Journal of Student Affairs in Africa
The Journal of Student Affairs in Africa (JSAA) is an independent, peer-reviewed, multi-disciplinary, open-access academic journal that publishes scholarly research and reflective discussions about the theory and practice of student affairs in Africa.
JSAA aims to contribute to the professionalization of student affairs in African higher education. It strives to be the foremost academic journal dealing with the theory and practice of the student affairs domain in universities on the African continent, and an indispensable resource for the executive leadership of universities and colleges dealing with student affairs, deans of students and other senior student affairs professionals, as well as institutional researchers and academics and students focused on the field of higher education studies and student affairs.
JSAA is published twice a year by the Editorial Executive in collaboration with African Sun Media and the University of Stellenbosch. The editorial and peer review policy adheres to the Code of Best Practice in Editorial Discretion and Peer Review for South African Scholarly Journals (Academy of Sciences of SA Council/ASSAf 2008).
